STEP 1: DEPOSIT

Secure your purchase with a deposit—simple and easy! Start your buying journey with ANA Japan Trading by making a refundable deposit. This secures your participation in the upcoming auctions and shows you're ready to roll!

STEP 3: PURCHASE

Once your bid is successful, we immediately proceed with the purchase process. Our team confirms the transaction with the auction house and begins the necessary preparations for the next steps. At this stage, your dream car is officially yours.

STEP 5: PAYMENT

Once the invoice is received, you can proceed with the payment. We accept secure international transfers, and our team will confirm receipt promptly, and please make the payment as early as possible (2-3 business days).

STEP 2: BIDDING

The bidding process begins. Stay ahead of the game! Once the auction begins, place your bids on the vehicles you're interested in, and let the excitement of the auction floor take over!

STEP 4: INVOICE

After the purchase is finalized, we issue a detailed invoice outlining the total cost, including the vehicle price, auction fees, inland transport, and documentation. This ensures full transparency so you know exactly what you're paying for before moving to the next step.

STEP 6: SHIPMENT AND ARRIVAL

Once your payment is confirmed, we'll process the shipment and share all details once finalized. When your vehicle arrives, any additional documents or equipment will be sent securely by post.

Returns and refunds  
You can return items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Contact our customer support for assistance.

How to Buy Your Car with ANA Japan Trading

Deposit: A 30% security/commitment deposit of the C&F price (including car price and shipping fees) is required to begin the process.
All bank charges must be paid by the customer.
Purchase Process: Once the deposit is received, we will purchase the vehicle from Japanese auctions.
Remaining Payment: After the vehicle is purchased, you have 3 business days to complete the remaining payment.
Shipment: After full payment is received, we will arrange shipment. The car will arrive at your designated local seaport in 6-8 weeks, depending on shipment availability.
Important: The car will not be shipped until full payment is received.
Payment Methods: We accept Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT) to our bank in Japan.
Order Cancellation: In case of a cancellation, the security deposit will cover any losses incurred by the company. If the losses exceed the deposit value, the customer will be liable for the additional charges.
